May and June were months of energy, movement, and momentum at InnovArise. We gathered in Guatemala City with the full team and Grupo AG leadership for a week full of alignment, strategic clarity, and real action.

We launched the first cohort of the Explorer Certification!
Over the course of 3 intensive days and more than 30 hours of experiential learning, a diverse group of 60 team members from across Grupo AG took part in a full immersion into our methodology, rooted in Design Thinking and Lean Startup, while working on real business challenges.
Outcomes from this edition:
✅ 3 full days of hands-on training
✅ 60 participants from different departments
✅ 12 final solutions prototyped and presented
What made it special?
From field interviews to rapid ideation sessions, the teams embraced the challenge of innovating with speed, depth, and collaboration. The result: concrete solutions and team dynamics that elevated every idea.

A snapshot of our Demo Day
We recently hosted a Demo Day where each of our active ventures shared their progress, learnings, and next steps. It was a moment of reflection, alignment, and forward momentum across different stages of development.

Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity
We teamed up with Habitat for Humanity to help cement floors in San Miguel Petapa, directly improving the living conditions of several families. It was a day of physical effort, meaningful connection, and deep gratitude.
But beyond concrete and tools, this activity reflected the heart of InnovArise’s mission: to generate real, positive impact in our communities. It gave us the chance to experience firsthand the everyday realities of the people we want to serve—strengthening the empathy that is essential to our incubation process.
